Facebook help-blocking people?

Ok so I want to block this person on facebook
but i searched their info that is on their profile
even in advanced search
and it said it couldnt find anything
i am their friend online but not in person
when i search their name a lot of people come up and i dont feel like doing that
so how can i block this person?

Well if the person is your friend on facebook still, just search their first name and they should be one of the first results.

If not, try searching by their email.
