Can Facebook use your pictures without your permission?

I know Facebook is involved in a lot of privacy issues right now. I just wanted to know if I had any rights to how my pictures are used on Facebook. I understand I’m using Facebook’s applications and they own the site but doesn’t Facebook still have to ask me before they use my pics?

Christian is right they can do anything that they want… they’ll surely come up with an excuse for it. If your using a 3rd party application…. well thats worse because facebook isn’t really obliged when it comes to that. But you can hide your pictures from people that randomly find you on facebook… but thats a no-brainer
